Stay Queensland has managed our reservations from December 2022. Having the Stay Queensland team look after reservations has helped our staff focus on our in-house guests and duties onsite. Stay QLD look after all of our reservation procedures, guest enquires, creating bookings, answering messages on external sites, and processing payments.

The team at Stay Queensland are professional and helpful towards all guest enquires. The team are easy to work with and are always willing to help with guests and staff. Their knowledge with REI is a great help to my team and I, they are always willing to walk through any steps & assist if required.

Stay QLD team are consistent with their communication to the property and will always update / make aware on what is happening with bookings or guests. The team like to be well prepared and will ask the property representative many questions to ensure the best service for clientele.
