Q: Will our guests think they are calling our property direct?

Yes the phone system will divert your reservation enquiries to us and we will answer the phone as your property and be ready to assist your guests. If required we can transfer the calls back to the property. 

Q: Are there any system requirements to use Stay Queensland?

You will need a cloud based property management system so we have access to enter bookings.

Q: How much does it cost?

Stay Queensland operates on a fee per stayed booking model. You will be invoiced on a monthly basis for Stay Queensland bookings that stayed the previous month. Please contact us for more information. 

Q: What about reservations made onsite?

There will be no fees for reservations made directly at the property. You will only be charged for reservations taken by Stay Queensland.

Q: How long is the contract period?

There is a minimum fixed term contract period of 6 months.
